In our suite NRaas SP could interfere with NRaas Woohooer, if you linked Woohooer to SP and haven't rearrange your Caste Settings for Teens to be able to do their thing. Perhaps move it to somewhere on your desktop, clear cache and try again. Are you still using this? Cause NRaas Woohooer has a similar option to do this without any objects involved. In an earlier post you mentioned having another mod (object) that allows you to get paid.
If for some reason you're unable to do it on certain location, I would advise you to look up your modsetup for something that does the same as our NRaas Woohooer. Without SF one of the Sim or both will exit the bed after the deed is done. Not sure if SF is really needed to be able to do it wherever your Sims wants to do it, though its needed if they are exhausted after the fact and wants to sleep together in the same bed.
With Woohooer alone yo should be able to Woohoo everywhere with a Teen Couple.
